REFUND POLICY

TL;DR: We want you to love your glow. If something arrives broken, we’ll fix it. Due to hygiene laws, we can’t take back used products, but we’re always here to help.


1. THE HYGIENE RULE (IMPORTANT)

Because we sell products that touch your face and body, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. It’s nothing personal; it’s just safe and sanitary.

If you receive a product that doesn't work for your skin, reach out to us anyway! We can help you troubleshoot your routine or offer store credit in certain cases. But please do not send back a half-used serum. That’s a biohazard, babe.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your package arrives looking like it survived a war zone, or your pump is broken:

  1. Take a photo of the damaged box/product immediately.
  2. Email us at stelourastore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. We will send a replacement ASAP. No need to return the broken glass/mess.

3. WRONG ITEM SENT

Did we send you a Coffee Scrub instead of that Lip Gloss? Oops. Our packing team is human (and caffeinated). Email us a photo of the item you received, and we’ll ship the correct one immediately, on us.

4. RETURNS (UNOPENED/NEW)

Changed your mind? If the product is unopened, sealed, and in original condition, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the unused item for store credit and place a new order immediately. This ensures the item you want doesn’t sell out while your return is in transit.

6. FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked as Final Sale, gift cards, and limited edition drops cannot be refunded or exchanged. Sorry, love.

7. HOW TO START A RETURN

Email stelourastore@gmail.com with:

  • Your Order Number
  • The item you want to return/exchange
  • A brief reason (and photos if damaged)

We’ll send you the shipping label and instructions.
